Matthew ‘P.Matt’ Lee
Pastor Matt, affectionately known as P.Matt, is a true example of a humble, confident man and a great leader. He is intentional and practical in his delivery of the Word of God. Without a doubt he is a man of integrity who loves his God, his family and his church. P.Matt is a servant-leader with a servant's heart and is committed to serving the Memphis Metro area not only through his pastoral responsibilities, but through meaningful partnerships and collaborations with community organizations and civic leaders to make positive impact through service to the local community and Mid-South region.

P.Matt is also known as the Capacity Coach and offers coaching to help individuals reach and operate at their full, God-given capacity.

Lesli Lee
Lesli Lee serves alongside her husband of 26 years as a Senior Elder at Memphis Metro Church and is affectionately known as Elder Les. Her love for the Lord and her passion to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to as many as she can is undeniable and refreshing. She is the Founder and Executive Director of TLWC Achievement League, an organization that provides career development and job shadowing opportunities to high school students. Elder Les volunteers and partners with several nonprofit organizations in the Memphis community. She gladly serves the people of God with a kind and generous heart.
